The Holy Spirit Wants To Rewrite That

The Spirit of the living God is a ready writer! What do you need from God? He is ready to write upon the tablets of your heart.
The Holy Spirit Wants To Rewrite That
-
2 Corinthians 3:3  clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.
 -
An epistle is a written message.  You are a written message of Christ.  Not with ink and paper; this was written by the Spirit of the living God on the tablets of flesh.  You got issues?  The Spirit of the living God wants to rewrite the chapters of your life.
 -
2 Corinthians 3:5  Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God,  6  who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
 -
The Spirit of the living God wants to write His truth upon your heart.  When the Spirit is writing it is a life giving flow!  It is time for us the church to arise and heed that which the Spirit of the living God is writing on our hearts.
 -
John 6:63  "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
 -
Hear the word of the Lord!  What He speaks is spirit and life!  Jesus is the life giving spirit!
 -
1 Corinthians 15:44  It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.  45  And so it is written, "The first man Adam became a living being." The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
-
Jesus is the last Adam and indeed He is the life giving spirit!
 -
2 Corinthians 5:17  Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
 -
The divine order of God is for the old things to pass away and behold, all things have become new.  When the Spirit of the living God begins to write upon your heart there is a taking away of the old and making a new creation of you.  God is not interested in making a new improved old you!  That is why repentance and remission of sin is so important and it is not a step that can be skipped.  One must die to sin in order to be able to live.
 -
Romans 6:6  knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.  7  For he who has died has been freed from sin.  8  Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,
 -
Living epistles have died to sin; living epistles have been freed from sin.  Living epistles have a new chapter written and are newly created beings.  It is only through the Spirit of the living God that this is done.
 -
Hebrews 13:20  Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,  21  make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
 -
Living epistles have been brought into the everlasting covenant by the blood of Jesus.  It is time for the living epistles to awaken to the finishing work God is doing in their lives.  Many believers have never walked in victory in their life because they have never been established in the truths of the covenant they have been birth into.  God is a covenant keeping God; learn to walk in the bounds of the covenant and you are guaranteed victory.  Have you ever meet a believer who has no victory in their life?  Introduce them to me and I will show you a believer who does not know how to walk in the covenant of grace and truth.
 -
John 1:16  And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.  17  For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
 -
1 Peter 2:1  Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking,  :2  as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby,  3  if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.  4  Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,  5  you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.  6  Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture, "Behold, I lay in Zion A chief cornerstone, elect, precious, And he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame."
 -
Living epistles have a hunger for the word of God.  Those who do not know the Word of God can not grow up as that newly created being.  After becoming the newly created creation of God there is a growing up.  Believers are not victims, they are victors.  Living epistle have the object of their faith in Jesus Christ Himself.  Those who believe on the Chief Cornerstone Jesus will by no means be put to shame.  True surrender to Jesus puts a praise in your mouth.  Living epistles are the stones that God raised up to worship and to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God.  John the Baptist told the religious Jewish leader the axe was at the tree and God would cause the rocks to cry out and praise Him.  You and I are the living stones that have been called to cry out.
 -
1 Peter 2:9  But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
 -
Do you have an area in your life you feel is in darkness?  Put a praise in your mouth!  You are chosen, royal, holy and you are His own special people.  The Spirit of the living God wants to write on your heart victory in every area of life.  Living epistles are always lead into triumph.
 -
2 Corinthians 2:14  Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
 -
Isa 59:21  "As for Me," says the LORD, "this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants' descendants," says the LORD, "from this time and forevermore."  60:1  Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.
 -
God is covenant keeper.  He desires to put His Word in your mouth.  Not just your mouth, but your children’s mouth and their children’s mouth.  Many ask why don’t we see the glory of God?  By covenant He wants to put His Word in our mouth and then the glory will shine forth.  The Spirit of God wants to make you a living epistle for the whole world to see.
 -
Romans 12:1  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.  2  And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
 -
Paul was pleading with the church; “in view of God’s mercy present your bodies a living sacrifice.  Not the old man updated and cleaned up a little.  Put on the newly created being and present yourself to God.  It is by transformation and renewing of the mind.  Believe you are a newly created being in Christ Jesus.  Believe the old is gone and the new has come!
 -
Ephesians 2:19  Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,  20  having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone,  21  in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord,
 -
You are a living epistle written by the Spirit of the living God.  Your citizenship is with the saints and members of the household of God.  You are a living stone that has been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone.  Living epistle have their hope exclusively in Jesus Christ.
 -
Ephesians 4:22  that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,  23  and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,  24  and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
 -
A living epistle knows how to put off the old man and be renewed in the spirit of his mind.  Then there is the putting on the new man which was created in true righteousness and holiness.
 -
Colossians 3:1  If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.  2  Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.  3  For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.  4 When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.
 -
The living epistles will appear with Jesus in glory.  Set your mind on things above, not on things on earth.  The Spirit of God is trying to write on your heart.  It take a willing heart but the surrender has great reward.

Partaking at the Altar Through Prayer

Jesus has called us to eat from the table He has prepared for us; come to the altar with praise, thanksgiving and supplications.
Partaking At The Altar Through Prayer
-

Hebrews 13:8  Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  9  Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrinesFor it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.  10  We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat.
 -
There is an altar that Jesus has called us to eat at.  Years ago we used to sing a song “Come and Dine the Master Calls Come and Dine”.  There is a place that we can feed from the faithfulness of Jesus Christ.  The privilege is upon the authority of Jesus Christ Himself and you must be qualified to partake before you can eat there.
 -
Under the Law the Levites performed the priestly services for the nation Israel .  They had a right and privilege to eat from the holy table; however the altar we are called to participate is greater than the Levite table.  What you think about Jesus Christ determines your destiny.  Your heart must be established upon the truth of Jesus Christ and the divine influence that He brings; the qualifier is genuine salvation.
 -
Isaiah 6:1  In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple.  2  Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.  3  And one cried to another and said: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!"  4  And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke.  5  So I said: "Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts."  6  Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar.  7  And he touched my mouth with it, and said: "Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged."
 -
The prophet Isaiah had a taste from the altar of God itself.  Being a partaker from the altar brings a purging from sin!  We have been brought into heavenly places in Christ Jesus.  When the coals from the altar touched the lips of the prophet there was a cleansing.  Jesus accomplished a purging from sin at the altar we are invited to eat from.
 -
Hebrews 1:3  who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
 -
Hebrews 9:28  so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
 -
Those who eat from the altar that Jesus prepared are eagerly waiting for Him to return, apart from sin and for salvation.  Expectations change when one is partaking from the altar that Jesus prepared.  This altar is the altar of grace.
 -
Titus 2:11  For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,  12  teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,  13  looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
 -
The altar of grace teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lust; it calls us to live soberly, righteously, and godly.  The altar of grace keeps our expectation in Jesus; it calls us to look for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.
-
Hebrews 13:12  Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.  13  Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach.  14  For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come.  15  Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
It is time for us to partake at the altar where the blood of Jesus Christ was offered.  At the altar we change our expectation looking for a city whose builder and maker is God.  At the altar we continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God.  God is calling for the fruit of our lips to filled with thanksgiving.  We need to come back to the altar of grace with praise and worship.
Philippians  4:4  Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!  5  Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.  6  Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;  7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
 -
We have been called to the altar of prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving.  How often have we come to the altar with complaint and bitterness of soul without any rejoicing?  When you come to the altar with your eyes upon Jesus there can be rejoicing.  When you come to the altar with your eyes on Jesus there can be thanksgiving.  When you come to the altar in obedience you can let your request and supplications be made known to God.  The  promise is great, if you will come to the altar according at the instructions of the Holy Spirit the peace of God will guard your hearts and mind.  It is time for the spirit of bitterness and complaint to go; come to the altar with a heart of thanksgiving.  God will hear your request and His peace which passes all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  Do you want your heart and mind guarded?  The instruction of the word is clear.  Let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.  The altar is the place for prayer, beginning with rejoicing, thanksgiving, and supplication.
 -
Ephesians 6:18  praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints;
 -
Luke 11:5  And He said to them, "Which of you shall have a friend, and go to him at midnight and say to him, 'Friend, lend me three loaves;  6  'for a friend of mine has come to me on his journey, and I have nothing to set before him';  7  "and he will answer from within and say, 'Do not trouble me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give to you'?  8  "I say to you, though he will not rise and give to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence he will rise and give him as many as he needs.  9  "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.  10  "For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
 -
Jesus was teaching His disciples to pray and He told this story of a man knocking on the door of his friend and not going away until he received what he needed.  Jesus pointed out because of his persistence the need was meet.  Then Jesus taught the ask, seek, and knock principle.  Keep asking persistently, keep seeking persistently, and keep knocking persistently.  Jesus said it and what a promise it is;  for everyone who ask receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.  Come to the altar rejoicing in God, with a heart of thanksgiving, and let your request be made known to Him.  Come to the altar ask, seek, and knock until the need is met.
 -
Luke 11:11  "If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish?  12  "Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?  13  "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!"
 -
Jesus has promised the Father will give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!  Do it with persistence!
 -
Luke 18:1  Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,  2  saying: "There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man.  3  "Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, 'Get justice for me from my adversary.'  4  "And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, 'Though I do not fear God nor regard man,  5  'yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.'"  6  Then the Lord said, "Hear what the unjust judge said.  7  "And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them?  8  "I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"
 -
Believer friend, don’t give up praying!  Keep on praying.  Jesus said consider the unjust judge in this parable.  God will move for His own elect who cry out day and night.  Never, never give up!  God has called us to the altar of prayer with persistence, and with expectation that God will answer even if He bears long with us.  Keep on praying!
 -
Isaiah 37:20  "Now therefore, O LORD our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the LORD, You alone."  21  Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, "Thus says the LORD God of Israel , 'Because you have prayed to Me against Sennacherib king of Assyria ,
 -
King Hezekiah was about to be over run by a bigger and stronger army.  God sent a prophet to Hezekiah saying “Because you have prayed to Me…  "One man’s prayer can make a difference in the life of his household, in his city, in his state, and yes in his nation!  Because you have prayed…  Never, never give up run to the altar in obedience to God.
 -
Isa 53:10  Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief. When You make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, And the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand.  11  He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied. By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many, For He shall bear their iniquities.  12  Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great, And He shall divide the spoil with the strong, Because He poured out His soul unto death, And He was numbered with the transgressors, And He bore the sin of many, And made intercession for the transgressors.
 -
If the altar is established at Calvary, and it is, then the question is where is Jesus now?  Jesus' soul was poured out as a sin offering and the Father was satisfied by that great offering!  After that great accomplishment we see Jesus making intercession for the transgressors.  Jesus the mediator between God and man is still at the altar making intercessions.  If you will go to the altar Jesus will meet you there!
 -
Numbers 23:19  "God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? 20  Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.
 -
God is a promise keeper; what He has declared with come to pass.
 -
Hebrews 13:10  We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat.
 -
Be a partaker of the altar today!
