Jesus is the one; there were hundreds of prophecies about Jesus In Isaiah 11 was a hand full of them. Jesus fulfilled them all because He is truly the One and there is no other!
Jesus Is The One

Isaiah 11:1  There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.  2  The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon HimThe Spirit of wisdom and understandingThe Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.  3  His delight is in the fear of the LORD, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;

The Branch
The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him
The Spirit of wisdom
The Spirit of understanding
The Spirit of counsel
The Spirit of might
The Spirit of knowledge
The Spirit of the fear of the Lord

Romans 1:1  Paul , a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God  2  which He promised before through His prophets in the Holy Scriptures,  3 concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh,  4  and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.

Jesus is the Branch that grew out of the roots of Jessie.  Jesus is born of the seed of David according to the flesh; however, He is the One who is the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness!  Jesus is the One!  Jesus is the one who brings the salvation of God; He is the One and only true Messiah!  From Him comes the message the just shall live by faith!  Isaiah prophecy is fulfilled.

John 1:32  And John bore witness, saying, "I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him.  33  "I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, 'Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.'  34  "And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God."

Jesus is the One that the Spirit of the Lord rested upon!  Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit when John the Baptist baptized Him.  The Spirit descended upon Jesus and remained upon Him.  This is the prophetic word coming true the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him!

Mark 12:28  Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, "Which is the first commandment of all?"  29  Jesus answered him, "The first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is one.  30  'And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.  31  "And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these."  32  So the scribe said to Him, "Well said, Teacher. You have spoken the truth, for there is one God, and there is no other but He.  33  "And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices."  34  Now when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, He said to him, "You are not far from the kingdom of God ." But after that no one dared question Him.

Jesus is the one with the Spirit of wisdom!  His enemies, religious Jewish leaders, would question Him.  Their desire was to trip Him up in His answers; instead there was such a great Spirit of wisdom upon Him they dared not ask any more questions.  Jesus is the One.

Luke 2:42  And when He was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem according to the custom of the feast.  43  When they had finished the days, as they returned, the Boy Jesus lingered behind in Jerusalem . And Joseph and His mother did not know it;  44  but supposing Him to have been in the company, they went a day's journey, and sought Him among their relatives and acquaintances.  45  So when they did not find Him, they returned to Jerusalem , seeking Him.  46  Now so it was that after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions.  47  And all who heard Him were astonished at His understanding and answers.  48  So when they saw Him, they were amazed; and His mother said to Him, "Son, why have You done this to us? Look, Your father and I have sought You anxiously."  49  And He said to them, "Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business?"

Jesus is the One with the Spirit of understanding.  From His boyhood there was a Spirit of understanding about Him.  All ready He was driven by the desire to be about His Father’s business!

John 6:27  "Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him."  28  Then they said to Him, "What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?"  29  Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent."

Acts 3:22  "For Moses truly said to the fathers, 'The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you.  23  'And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.'

Jesus is the One who came with the Spirit of counsel!  It is His declaration to believe in the One the Father has sent.  Moses declared that if you would not hear Him you would be destroyed!

Acts 10:36  "The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ; He is Lord of all;  37  "that word you know, which was proclaimed throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee after the baptism which John preached:  38  "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

Jesus is the One we who came in the Spirit of Might!  He healed the sick, raised the dead, and healed all who oppressed by the devil!

John 1:17  For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.  18  No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

John 17:3  "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.  4  "I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.

Jesus is the One who came with the Spirit of Knowledge.  He brought an intimate  knowledge of the Father!  Jesus came with reconciliation and His desire was to make His Father known.

Hebrews 1:8  But to the Son He says: "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your Kingdom.  9  You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions."  10  And: "You, LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.

Jesus came with the fear of the LORD.  Jesus loved what God loved and hated what God hated.

John 5:19  Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.  20  "For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel.

Jesus is the One who did not work with His own eyes and ears; Jesus was moved by the will of the Father.  Jesus did whatever His Father showed Him to do!  Jesus is the one who fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah!  Jesus is the one and there is no other!
